We have set out below the terms and conditions which apply to information shown in the pages of www.lisaholmesart.com (“the Website”) and to the ordering of any products from the Website. By accessing this website as well as placing an order, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.

1. Copyright

All Lisa Holmes Art products and designs and website content are protected by international copyright laws. Any use of this website content other than for personal use is prohibited. The sole copyright and property of all designs including original paintings, limited edition prints and greeting cards is retained by the artist. Any unauthorised reproductions of Lisa Holmes Art products and designs is in violation of copyright law. Purchase of Lisa Holmes Art products does not transfer reproduction rights.

Lisa does not currently have an art studio for public visiting.

3. Description of products

The description of products in the Website is only approximate. We may correct any error appearing in the Website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.

4. Payment

We accept several payment methods including:

–Paypal (payment is immediate so ideal if you need your order shipped quicky)

 

Products will not be delivered until the customer’s funds that have been paid to Lisa Holmes Art have cleared in full.

 

5. Payment security

Paypal: They use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. They automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

  

6. Shipping

Prints

  • Standard: FREE. UK ONLY

  • Print only:  Sent in postal tube.  Please allow  5-10 working days for delivery.  Subject to stock.

  • Mounted prints: Sent flat in a postal box.  Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. A signature is required upon delivery. Subject to stock.

  • If the product is not in stock, we will contact you to give you an estimated dispatch date.

 

Original painting shipping options:

  • FREE shipping in the UK via courier (tracked and signed for).

 

INTERNATIONAL:

Customs Charges

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that Lisa Holmes Art has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be borne. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer.Please note that when shipping goods from the UK, Non-EU shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the UK, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.

 

Prints: All international orders of prints are sent in postal tube only.

  • International tracked and signed for- £8.99. Please allow 3-5 working days for despatch and then 5-10 working days for delivery.

  • If the product is not in stock, we will contact you to give you an estimated dispatch date

  

Original paintings:

  • There may be an additional fee when shipping original paintings. Please contact us for a quote.

 

7. Customs/import duty

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that Lisa Holmes Art has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be borne. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer.

8. Returns

Loss/damage

On the rare occasion that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Please report damage within 3 days with photographic proof so that a replacement can be sent out to you. Please note if your order (print) is lost or damaged it will be replaced with the same design as ordered and cannot be swapped for a different design (applicable to prints only) All orders are tracked so we will know if your order goes missing and we will send you a replacement.

Change of mind

If you decide you no longer want the product, please inform us within 1 week of receiving your order. You will then need to send the product back to us in its original condition and once received we will issue your refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. We advise you to send the product back in its original packaging. We do not refund the returns postage cost or the original delivery charge. Return shipping costs is payable by the customer and proof of postage is required. Should the parcel go missing during transit and no proof of postage is given to us, we will be unable to issue you a refund.

9. Privacy Policy

We conform to the requirements of the Data protection act 1998.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. All customer information (Full name, shipping/billing address, phone number, email) is kept strictly confidential on secure servers. Customer information is only used for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order (which includes providing couriers with your phone number/ email so they can provide tracking information or contact you if there is an issue with delivery) or when you subscribe to our newsletter. We do NOT and will NOT pass your details to any third party unless you give us prior permission.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

 

We do not use cookies.
